A Perfect Harmony of Flavors

Japanese sake is renowned for its delicate balance of sweetness and umami, making it a versatile companion to various cuisines.

Crafted with Tradition and Purity

Made from rice, water, yeast, and koji mold, sake reflects centuries of craftsmanship and cultural heritage in every bottle.

HOW SAKE IS MADE

1.Rice Polishing (Seimai)

The outer layers of rice are polished away to reveal the starchy core, crucial for premium sake.

2.Washing and Steaming

The polished rice is washed, soaked, and steamed to prepare it for fermentation.

4.Fermentation and Pressing

The mash ferments over weeks, then is pressed to separate the sake from solids, creating a clear, aromatic drink.

3.Koji and Yeast Starter

Koji mold is added to steamed rice, followed by yeast to create a mash called “moromi.”

HOW TO DRINK SAKE
